Liquid Vitamin and Mineral Supplements

To achieve maximum health and vitality, liquid vitamin and mineral supplements are very helpful. In a culture with a fast food environment, most people don't get a proper food balance needed to achieve optimal health. Traditional pills, capsules, and powders ingested into the human body only allow ten to twenty percent of all of the nutrients to get absorbed. With age, that ten to twenty percent drops even more, because the stomach has less acid, which is required to break down the capsules, pills and powder. Liquid vitamin and mineral supplements are absorbed much more easily, and are generally preferred.

Some research indicates that nutritional deficiencies can cause a lot of suffering and perhaps even shorten your life. Imagine what these deficiencies will cause your children and grandchildren, as their minds and bodies are developing.

Children with deficiencies often show signs of inattentiveness, erratic behavior, and bad grades. Our food doesn't have the nutrition it used to have: with four to five crop rotations each year planted on each plot of land, intense farming practices have depleted the vital nutrients from the soil. Ninety nine percent of people in the US today are found to be deficient in at least some minerals, many are grossly deficient.

Our fruits, vegetables, grains, and other foods are raised on millions of acres of land that no longer has all the minerals needed - we are starving for nutrients no matter how much food we eat.

Malnutrition often appears when you eat too much food with little food value like refined sugar, saturated fat, foods with too many calories, too many hydrogenated fats, and too much salt. Most people don't eat enough raw fruits and vegetables every day. The foods that are mostly empty of nutrition can burden your body and not supply the minerals and vitamins needed. Over ninety percent of adults in the U.S. are deficient in at least one mineral or vitamin.

People in the United States are undernourished and overfed. We have a serious problem with malnutrition, but it isn't for lack of food, but because of bad food choices. There is an obvious need for liquid vitamin and mineral supplements.

If you are worried about your health and considering ways to improve it, you should always consult your doctor first - he can test your system and advise you on your overall condition and things you can do to improve it. Liquid vitamins and minerals are generally quite safe and can effectively improve your overall health, especially if you take it with lecithing and other vitamins, minerals, lots of raw fruits and vegetables, and exercise.
